Emily Lane is a speaker, teacher and conscious entrepreneur, specialising in the optimisation of human potential through the development of awareness, wisdom, self-relationship and intentional living skills. Her background includes over 20 years business experience, during which time she has worked in high-impact leadership roles for global organisations, including but not limited to, Ericsson Networks, Intercontinental Hotels (Bass Plc), the U.N. and the world’s largest online personal development company, Trans4mind Training.

Over the last decade, Emily has run her own company, facilitating the conscious development of leaders, business professionals and those dedicated to their personal expansion. During this time she has run highly successful public programs and engaged with employees from various organisations including Google, IBM, Facebook, RTE, Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank and many more.

Emily has played M.C. for the world’s largest mindfulness conference Wisdom 2.0 in 2016 and 2017, with over 4,000 global attendees from leading edge organisations including Twitter, Mailchimp, Air BnB, Google, the Huffington Post, New Resource Bank and many more. In collaboration with Conscious Company Media and Thrive Consulting Group, Emily is the co-Founder of the inaugural, launching in January 2018. Richard’s area of expertise is managing workplace stress. A psychoanalyst with over 12 years’ experience, he spent his early career working in large organisations as an Industrial Engineer and MBA qualified manager.
He won the best consultancy partnership award for his work with Sanofi at the IITD national training awards in 2015. He’ll present a case study of his work and a taster of his one day course “The Resilient Mind @ Work”.

Niamh Arthurs

Public Health & Clinical Nutritionist and Owner of Biabites

Talk: Fuel with Food and Boost Mind and Performance

Niamh specialises in public health in a community setting including the workplace, community groups as well as secondary, primary and even preschools clinics. She presents at various events and festivals around Ireland and Europe, regularly speaks on the radio and writes articles for various newspapers and publications. She is a fully qualified health care professional with an honours BSc in Public Health and Clinical Nutrition from the University of Nottingham, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Professional Advanced Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.

Talk: The Mindful Millionaire – how to MAKE it all happen in business and in life

Doug has 20 years experience in Fund Management Sales Management. In one year he took in $1.75bn of business. He heads up Sales and Marketing for Ireland’s top brand in Investment Management. He is a former national league hockey player in the U.K. Since a near death experience in 2012 he has set up two businesses to help people with stress reduction and performance optimisation. He is now a regular on Irish and Global radio with a passion for helping others.

Aidan Healy

Talk: Maximizing Performance and Recharging in an Always On World

Aidan oversees the design and delivery of all their evidence-based programmes at UnPlug. He comes from a background in psychology, coaching and leadership development, having spent ten years working in organisations across the public, private and non-for-profit sectors. Aidan also brings a depth of international experience and intercultural competence to the UnPlug team, having previously delivered training and coaching programmes across six continents.
