Her background includes over 20 years business experience, during which time she has worked in high-impact leadership roles for global organisations, including but not limited to, Ericsson Networks, Intercontinental Hotels (Bass Plc), the U.N. and the world’s largest online personal development company, Trans4mind Training.
Over the last decade, Emily has run her own company www.consciousleadersacademy.com, facilitating the conscious development of leaders, business professionals and those dedicated to their personal expansion. During this time she has run highly successful public programs and engaged with employees from various organisations including Google, IBM, Facebook, RTE, Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank and many more.

Niamh specialises in public health in a community setting including the workplace, community groups as well as secondary, primary and even preschools clinics. She presents at various events and festivals around Ireland and Europe, regularly speaks on the radio and writes articles for various newspapers and publications. She is a fully qualified health care professional with an honours BSc in Public Health and Clinical Nutrition from the University of Nottingham, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Professional Advanced Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.

He is a former national league hockey player in the U.K. Since a near death experience in 2012 he has set up two businesses to help people with stress reduction and performance optimisation. He is now a regular on Irish and Global radio with a passion for helping others.
